Just Be

Just Be is being aware of yourself and everything around you. It focuses on yourself, your decisions, and how they can affect others. But how can you “just be”?

Are you conscious and aware of yourself?

Being aware of yourself through mindfulness and conscious efforts allows you to be more content and peaceful. 

Mindfulness allows you to learn about your unique character, feelings, emotions, and desires. It helps you to focus on your life. 

And with this focus, you become more aware of yourself, and you receive the natural insights to enjoy your life and grow.

What Does Conscious Living Mean?

It translates to spending your day in full consciousness. It isn’t a one-off and doesn’t mean simply feeding yourself good vibrations while avoiding the bad. 

Conscious living means deeply looking into everything you do and understanding the true purpose of those things. 

You keep questioning yourself about: 

“What am I doing?” 

“Why am I doing it?” 

“Will it benefit me in the long run?”

In short, conscious living boils down to a three-step formula:

Awareness

It means becoming aware of yourself, your presence, and the world around you. 

Take a minute and think about what you want in life? What is important to you, and is there something you don’t want in your life? Do you know your strengths and weaknesses? What makes you happy? 

Finding answers to these questions allows you to be more conscious and honest with your life. 

Acceptance

Accepting yourself may seem like the hardest thing to do. And, that’s ok!

You can always learn to embrace yourself as WHO YOU ARE. 

It means that don’t be unhappy with yourself. Just accept yourself the way you are-either good or bad. Positive or negative. 

This self-acceptance will allow you to decide based on what’s good for you and what is not. 

Elimination

Ok, you are self-aware, and you have accepted yourself. Now it’s time to eliminate. 

Eliminate what does not serve you. It simply means eliminating things that give you negative vibes or what don’t add value to your life. 

This elimination will make you more content by focusing on your strengths and what you love doing. That is precisely what conscious living means. 

What’s the Purpose of Conscious Living?

The sole purpose of consciousness is to navigate your life with a malleable sense of self-awareness that fuels your choices and directly impacts your experience of life and your interactions with the world.

All top-notch professionals making seven figures have reached the epitome of success through conscious living. Unlike the rest of the world, they are mindful of everything. 

If you follow suit, you can also be more content, focused, and zealous. 

How to Live the Moment More Consciously?

Start slow, and be persistent. Act like a warrior. 

Fight ONE battle at a time. Master ONE thing, and take it from there. That’s the fundamental principle of conscious living. 

They say, and I quote, “Life is a marathon, not a sprint.” How true! With time and consistency, you’ll see how significant being mindful of yourself positively impacts your life.
